Please remember that all our blouses are genuine vintage, they have loved before and been loved. Due to their past lives they might not be in the pristine condition of a new, high street blouse. Sometimes our blouses will have minor repairs, have different buttons on the cuffs or have had press studs or hook and eyes added. We believe this all adds to her vintage charm but only if it does not take anything away from her overall beauty. We check and double check all our blouses and would not sell anything we feel is less than vintage perfect but if you feel your blouse doesn’t live up to our high standards we will be happy to discuss a refund with you.
We have a 14 day returns policy; this means that you have 14 days from when you receive your blouse to return it. Your blouse must be unworn and in the same condition as when you purchased it, we cannot accept blouses that are marked ie. have make-up, deodorant or other marks that were not there when the blouse was sent. We can only offer you a refund if your blouse is damaged or the wrong item. If you would like to return your blouse because it is the wrong size or you no longer want it we can offer you a gift card (for the value of the blouse only) to spend in store at your leisure. Please make sure that you read our sizing guide carefully, if you need more measurements please contact us before buying.
We cannot give refunds on sale goods or items that are not returned in the same condition as they were sent.
On receiving your blouse/s please check to make sure you are happy, if not contact us immediately so that we can iron out any problem.
To return your blouse please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org first so that we can start the return process. We cannot accept blouses that are returned without getting in touch with us first.
We want you to know how much your postage will be so please see all our postage costs in ‘shipping’. All our blouses are posted with the correct insurance, we always send our beauties first class. When returning your blouse we strongly recommend that you send her first class ‘tracked and signed for’ as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. Please keep your proof of postage safe as we may be able to help you if we don’t receive your returned blouse.
Unfortunately we cannot refund postage. All postage costs must be paid for by the customer, this includes the original postage, return postage and postage for the exchange. When returning a blouse please make sure that the correct postage is paid as additional costs incurred will be deducted from your refund or gift card.
The only time we can refund postage is if your blouse is faulty and you were not made aware of her faults on her listing or you receive the wrong blouse.

We are not responsible for any additional costs that are incurred in transit. All additional charges must be paid by the customer.
RETURNING YOUR BLOUSE
Please follow the steps below when returning your blouse:
Contact us to arrange returning your blouse, stating your name, address, which blouse you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will send you our return address.
Pack your blouse carefully and make sure she is safe and secure to travel and can’t get damaged in transit. If posting from outside the UK please mark as ‘returned goods’ on the customs form, otherwise you may incur further costs.
Post your blouse using ‘track and sign’ so that she is properly insured for travel. Keep your proof of posting and tracking number safe.
We will inform you when we receive your blouse. We will check her and if we are happy we will contact you to issue a refund or gift card.
